With over 30 years of experience across the property and insurance industries, Sandra McNally believes that true success is built on trust, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.

A Foundation Built on Trust

Sandra’s journey with the Murray S. Hankin Insurance Agency began in July 1995. Transitioning from a successful 15-year career in property management, she brought a wealth of real-world expertise to the field. Working closely alongside the agency's original founder, Murray Hankin, Sandra mastered the business from the ground up, earning her Property & Casualty license and stepping into the role of Office Manager within 18 months.

For years, Sandra operated as the agency’s sole employee. By treating every customer with genuine care, she built a reputation that traveled fast. Without spending a single dollar on traditional advertising, the business grew dynamically, relying entirely on word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied clients who knew they could count on her.

Leading the Agency into a New Era

In 2022, Murray Hankin officially retired and passed the torch completely, turning the agency over to Sandra as its Owner and President.

To better protect her clients' futures, Sandra expanded her expertise in 2023 by becoming fully licensed in Life and Health insurance. Today, under Sandra's leadership, the Murray S. Hankin Insurance Agency stands as a comprehensive partner capable of protecting your home, business, auto, and your family's well-being.

Carrie began working for the agency in 2007, with no prior experience or knowledge in the insurance field. Fast forward 19 years later, she is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, who dedicates her time, knowledge, and extrovert personality into establishing professional and friendly relationships with all of our clients, as well as our carriers. Her main goal is to provide the best rates for the best coverages available.
